I was supposed to have a job interview today, but it was postponed due to a funeral or something. Kind of a bummer, but maybe I just wasn't meant to change jobs right now. So, I was sitting around the house today reading the DaVinci Code, and I'm almost done. I was thinking about what to read next, and I was kinda hoping there was a new Palahniuk book out. Later, I took my boy (who is getting big at 10 1/2 months) out to get a bight to eat, and walk around the shopping plaza on a beautiful summer night. We went into a Barnes and Knoble, and low and behold, there was Rant, a new Palahniuk book! If only all my subtle thoughts and wishes came true.
