Seven hours of mountain biking over two days. I've taken a beating, and so has my bike. I'm scratched, bruised, and generally banged up, but it was all in great fun. It's going to take lots of ibuprophen and beer to make going to work tomorrow better.
It's pretty exciting that the Baseball All-Star Game is in Pittsburgh. I only wish I had tickets to the game. Tonight's the Home Run Derby, and tomorrow's the game. Hopefully, it'll generate lots of revenue for the city.

hey hey hey, its faaaaa...haha. nevermind...so, yeah, was the city a mad house? I can only imagine....how are things, me friend? Sorry I have been so MIA. internet access has been VERY limited lately. Anywho, a band I am thoroughly enjoying, Reggie and the Full effect as well as Rock Kills Kid. Got any other euggestions at the mo? I am kinda going through a hard rock and puck phase. Oh, also, MOST of the new WOlfmother was pretty good, somewhat of a dissapointment and The Sword, pretty rad, too!
