The heat was broken at the bike shop yesterday, and it was about 50 degrees in there all day. I didn't feel cold when I was working, but I realized I was a little chilled after leaving. Hope it gets fixed today.

yeah.. poptarts are so terrible for you!! i can honestly say, i haven't had a poptart in about 7 years.. but when i was eating that wonderfully flavored processed stuffy stuff, it was the strawberry ones with frosting
