Seven hours of mountain biking over two days. I've taken a beating, and so has my bike. I'm scratched, bruised, and generally banged up, but it was all in great fun. It's going to take lots of ibuprophen and beer to make going to work tomorrow better.

hey hey hey, its faaaaa...haha. nevermind...so, yeah, was the city a mad house? I can only imagine....how are things, me friend? Sorry I have been so MIA. internet access has been VERY limited lately. Anywho, a band I am thoroughly enjoying, Reggie and the Full effect as well as Rock Kills Kid. Got any other euggestions at the mo? I am kinda going through a hard rock and puck phase. Oh, also, MOST of the new WOlfmother was pretty good, somewhat of a dissapointment and The Sword, pretty rad, too!

It was a great weekend. I went to a baseball game, saw fireworks, cooked on the grill, went mountain bike riding, drank lots of beer. What an awesome way to start off the summer. Today, it's back to work, though. At least I like my job.

Yesterday, I went on a night ride in the woods on my mountain bike. It was a pretty incredible time even though I wiped out in a creek. Afterwards, I enjoyed some beers and food in the company of good people.
