Last night, we had a party to celebrate my birthday. I had a really great time with lots of friends, lots of food, and lots of alcohol. My head is still a little cloudy, but it was an incredible night.

I make too many commitments....I had'have to work crazy hours this week, and clean my house and prepare a room for my friend who si moving in with me this weekend, and I'm the VP of a cat shelter and our yard sale is this friday and saturday so I'll be setting up thursday night and working it all day fri (then goin to my regualr job from 4-8) and all day saturday. sunday is moving day, monday is my court hearing for my divorce, wednesday I have work all day and an advisory board meeting for a vocational school, I'm on the board for the cosmetology dept (I'm the manager at the salon I work at), then it'll quiet down a bit after that, except I have to plan a Patsa dinner/auction for the cat shelter, sell tickets for it, and solicit auctionable items, and head up the craft fair that was planned and the girl decided to quit. oh yeah did I mention the President, treasurer, volunteer coordinatior and newsletter producer/editer all quit too? yeah so I have to collect the mail and make deposits, produce income and expense reports since I'm paying all the bills too, I have less than half a clue as to what the hell I'm doing. so yup, I've got hives or a weird rash from all the crap in my life.

Things are going okay I suppose. Sorry the job hunt is frustrating though you look like you are enjoying the lack of a job at the moment. Just pretend you are on vacation. That's what I intend to do if I get laid off or have a nervous breakdown and quit.

Yeah, I work for a bank that is inside a grocery store and the grocery store just announced that they are looking to sell all of their stores. Either I'll be out of a job, be transferred somewhere else and have to drive a million miles which I don't really plan on doing, or maybe another store will buy them out and let us stay, but might require us to work Sundays.
