Here is a specail tip:
Don't go hiking when your still sore from working out the previous day. It really sucks!


I went to a lake around here and did some swimming and hiking. The hiking was good but my legs where screaming bloddy murder because I hadn't worked them out since I hurt my back those weeks ago.

I went to the Electric Cowboy this weekend. I feel dirty like I need to bath again to get the twang out of my skin. Yes that country....the only time they played anything semi decent was at 3:30 when they were about to close. Blah! I'm not much of a club person anyways.
