I just got back from the gym. Today was shoulder day.

Shoulder Press:

Shoulder Press (Dumbbells)

Upright Rows:

That was my workout for today. Maybe I should post it everyday that way I'll feel bad for skipping a day.
I ordered two shirts from tshirthell the Easy like Sunday Morning one because I Lionel Richie even if his daughter is a nasty slut and the WWJD for a Klondike Bar shirt. Because everyone knows I love Jesus.
