Humbling moment:
I was at the gym lifting weights. Now its been a long while since I seriously lifted right. So I go in, I know I can't do what I used to do so I start off lite. On my third set I'm doing 205 and it seems pretty easy right. So I go for a couple extra reps. My arms just went jelly and I couldn't get the wieght up. I didn't have a spotter either.
Thats my bad I should have had one. Lucky there was a guy there that help me get it up.
I felt like such a pig fucker though.

So let this be a lesson don't go for that extra it will kill you in the end!
