Going to your doctor will be the first step. Write down all your symptoms and give that to your doctor, they will be able to get a pretty good idea of what's going on then refer you to someone who can help

It prob sounds silly but the best thing to do is just make the appointment. The more you think about doing it or plan a time to do it, the less likely you are to do it. The more you over think it the harder it is (if that makes seance).
