So now the restructuring that was supposed to happen by the 1st of this month won't happen until at least March. I'm really starting to feel like they are jerking me around. It may be time to just move on to somewhere else and start all over. Maybe if I do I won't be sick all the time. Our attendance policy is so strict that no one ever stays home when they are sick and we just keep passing all the crud back and forth.

I didn't know you were Hmong, I know a little about the people from a class I took years ago, but I am glad you have a great family that exposed you to many things. I think one of the worse things any culture or people these days can do is keep everything wrapped up in one little world. Definitely have a respect for where you come from and teach the customs but the world is a big place and we all need an understanding of that.
Me, I'm good, we got a new pile of snow last night, but I'm good. It's going to kind of suck working in it today, but I will be alright, I got my layers to wear and all that. Otherwise I keep on going in a good direction as far as I can tell, so life is good.
