So how does member review work? Is it just based on comments? I don't get why the staff doesn't just choose the best sets from those submitted.

True, it does seem backwards, and I could understand how the women on here could have issue with their work being up for free before it is ever purchased, hopefully it isn't truly as backwards as it seems.
