thursday was so stupid. in one night the following 3 things happened.

a. so i met this guy online awhile back. he seems cool, we've been e-mailing and texting and stuff. he mentioned the idea of going out on thursday to his favorite bar, which i have never been to. wednesday night i worked late, but i texted him anyway too see if we were still on. he responded at about 3 am saying something along the lines of 'i really want to meet up but we'll chat, hopefully i'm free.' thursday rolls around... no phone call, nothing. so i went to plan b.

b. frat boy invites me over. he lives about a 20 minute drive away. i don't have a car, but i said if he picked me up i would take the bus home in the morning. he said okay. around 8:00, he says 'can't you find a car? by the time i shower and pick you up and get back home it will be after 9:00.' oh my god. 9:00? are you 73 years old? this also, just for the record, comes after about a month of cat and mouse games of 'i miss you, i want to see you, but i don't want to have to drive home in traffice in the morning.' so fuck him. if i were him, i would drive 20 minutes to have sex with me. but i guess i'm not worth that.

c. i end up going to the ave with friends from school. on the walk there, these 3 drunk guys are waiting to get into my neighbor's apartment and one of them says 'something blah blah blah talk to that hottie down there.' and the other guys says 'she's not hot, she's definitely ugly.' oh man, there's nothing i love more than being leered at like a piece of meat on the street and being called ugly. not that i really cared, because neither of them were especially attractive, but in conjunction with being rejected twice in one night, i was not too psyched about life.

just for the record, though, i had a lot of fun last night at a party and then had some good times with frat boy last night (and this morning ). so that's something i guess.
