hey all... this is what i am thinking right now... when your living in your own head i think the best place to be is at the gym... i tried shopping... and to be honest that didnt last that long... than i tried just listening to music and taking a bath... that didnt really work... so i went to the gym and that SO helped! lol

i'm going to be going back at 730 for my spin class... and when i get home i will be keeping myself busy again by cleaning for a bit and taking pics.. lol

i bought something fun today... lol
