ok everyone... i have come to the reality that there is a lot of things in my life that needs to be changed... the only thing is i don't know where to start and i don't know how to start... i figure if i start with getting myself back to me, than i will be able to know where to go from there...

today has been a dull kind of day... but with that being said i also feel like hell today and i'm not really sure why... i just figure i need sleep since i havent been sleeping the greatest the last few days... so today i have made sure to make it me day and just relax and watch some tv and be on SG and just lay around and relax...

later i am going to soak in a bath... my legs are killing me and i need to get there all good for my week to start... i'm kicking up my workouts. i'm going to be going to 3 spin classes this week and 3 days of personal training time! othere than that i am going to make sure to add 2 more cardio classes somewhere in the week and make sure that i eat well and healthy and than i will be well on my way to feeling great, looking hot and ready to party on my weekend get away... lol
