With Elliot leaving, I am left up to my own devices at paying the rent eeek So I told my boss(es) that I would need to get a second job to be able to pay the rent. Last night I went in to work and the main boss Cheryl (the mom) called me up front. She doesn't like her people working second jobs, mainly b/c she...

raises are a good thing. I wish my boss would give me one lol. Well if i get this new job he'll have the option of beating what the school district will offer me or i say bye. I'm glad u dont have to work 2 jobs tho thats always a relief. Are u back to regularly playing eq again or just off and on when u feel bored lol? I understand working in customer service lol i did that for a few years till i got my current job. Well i dont feel like raiding tonight so i guess i'm just gonna chill and watch movies or something. kiss

It's great that the boss is willing to help you out when you need it. Especially for a small business, every little bit matters, so you must be doing a pretty good job for them... and good deal for them they recognized it. wink

I'm not sure. Was I supposed to make him feel better by saying the steady decline in our relationship was due to my sleeping with another guy.. not due to his ignorance about anything in my life?

I probably would have been alot happier this last month if I ~~had~~ been sleeping with Tyson. Now I'm single though, so I can stay out until 2am...

yay for the pup sleepin through the night!yi
Wish i coudl tell ya why he said that, but the best explanation i have is that some guys are just jerks most if not all the time.

EQ has been a bit funner lately for me for the most part, well when were not raiding that it. I have been working on getting my warrior enough aa's and stuff to switch mains to him if we still need them more than druids soon (i hope) it seems i am burnt out on druid again lol i have soo much more fun platying my war anymore.

lol. I don't get home from work until like 930-10ish and don't go to bed usualy until 2 or 3am.

Meridel is pretty much controlling my hours at the moment though. In bed by 11 most nights, lately.

E broke up with me today and then had the audacity to ask if I was cheating on him with my new guy friend. I mean just...

Sheesh, not home until 10? I don't know how you stay sane. surreal

Also: What is there even to say to someone who asks about cheating in a situation like that? I mean, what are they hoping to hear? "Well, it's not cheating now, since we broke up and all"?

*yawn* 630 am is not my preferred time to wake up. I hope as she gets older she learns to sleep until at least 8.. that would be wonderful. Right now she's barking at shadows intent on waking up the neighbors too.

I can't even think of anything new that has happened. Going braindead from lack of sleep.
liante:
Oh! I love your puppy. I missed all these pictures while I was away. She looks so much like a floppy toy, almost too cute to be real.

I don't mind waking up at 6:30 -- in fact, that'd be sleeping in for me -- but I also go to bed by 8:30 or 9 most nights. I keep old granny hours. The thought of trying to get by without a good night's rest, though... surreal

Meridel pretty much slept through the night last night! The previous few nights have been marked with long periods of crying and barking but last night she just laid down and went right to sleep. Woke up once around 3am but then when right back to sleep.

So happy, lol. I'm not all zombified from lack of sleep. I really get cranky when I don't...

Well, if I had talked to E at all the whole time he was here this weekend I would have told him I wasn't going out unless he told me where. Since we didn't talk though it kind of took care of the problem he finally left this afternoon.

I got a NEW PUPPY! smile I'm so happy. I added her pics into my pics today...

*screams and tears her hair out!* OMFG! I hate everyone damnit! *cries* So E calls me last night (E being the significant other in my life and no not the drug *sigh*) and he's like "do you want to go out saturday?" and I'm thinking how many TIMES do I have to tell you I work on saturday but I calmly control any sudden outbursts...

I'm not sure. I'm not really into the whole making lots of money or having a prestigious job title. As long as I make enough to pay rent, bills and buy groceries with maybe a little extra to spend now and then to have fun I'm happy. I guess I lost that interest in -doing something for the world-, the need to want to contribute...

E didn't seem pissed or upset this weekend so I guess everything is good. He's just fucking aggravating me at every chance he can get.

I'm just in a constantly aggravated state lately. Things are just getting to me way easier than I would like. There were a couple times I seriously felt like stabbing the hell out of someone.

Have you ever just sat...

Today is an aggravation day for me too. I'm probably going to end up skipping class this afternoon. No reason. I've missed the class enough that I should make an effort to show up today, but it's cold and rainy and miserable and I'm irritable and don't want to go.

Ambition is a funny notion. I think it depends more on what you want to do and where you want to go -- what the priorities are in your life -- than anything else. Often people assume that "ambition" means "making lots of money" or "having an impressive job title" or some other general mark of prestige.

But it could just as well mean recognizing what makes you happy and keeping to that. Which sort do you feel you have lost?

I think I pissed E off. He called yesterday to wish me a Happy Valentine's day. I was tired and cranky and sick.. fucking cold pissing me off. So I'm half-zoned trying to keep up a conversation without seeming dazed out of my damn mind. Robatussin with codeine makes life nice.

Then he says something about if he doesn't get phased down depending on if...

Drama.. such a short word for situations that can go on and on and on...

I can not say I dislike drama, in certain cases I most likely thrive on it. I don't like petty fighting, high school drama but the occasional full out rant is soothing. I like to rant, I like to state my opinion in a loud decisive voice. I like to...

Damn, that really sucks about the cab. I've had cabbies who pick me up from the airport or train station and then don't have a clue about the address where I'm supposed to be headed, and expect me to know where it is. Buddy, if I knew the town well enough to give you directions, I would have a friend to pick me up and would not need to hire you.

Sheesh. So now I just save the cards from cabbies who know what they're doing, and call the same guys in advance because I know they can keep things running smoothly. My experience has been that if a cabbie cares enough about his job to have printed up business cards, then that's a driver who can get you places on time.

Congrats on the roses. smile
