I have a problem....i don't really want to talk about it.... I knew I would hit rock bottom eventually....we do it until that moment of rock bottomness and it hits you....i will deal with the shame and anger of it and I will move on....maybe this needed to happen so I will never do it again....right now I just want my ativan to kick in so I can go snuggle with my dog and my man.....
