I think I may be the last person living that has not seen Lord of the Rings. You see, last year I boycotted a couple of high profile/everyone is gonna go see 'em movies. It all stemmed from my friends' insistence/excitement/freakish desire to see F-ing "Crossroads." Like I've mentioned before, my friends are sooooo opposite of me. And cuz I knew everyone was gonna see Harry Potter, I decided to stay away from that hype too. And thus, no seeing Lord of the Rings. But I guess I should see it eventually, huh? AND PLEASE, YOU DON'T HAVE TO REPLY AND TELL ME I SHOULD. Please...
Onto a totally different subject. There are so many aspirations that I have (granted some of them I'm extremely less serious about than others), and I'm just never gonna be able to fulfill them. But damn, when I was majorly depressed (calculation=pretty much my entire life until about this year), I had no real interest in doing anything. I'm not talking laziness, but more that I had no goals and interests.
Well, now I'm better....still working on it but whatever...and now here are some of the things I want to accomplish.
Learn to play bass
Learn to play drums
Be the front (wo)man of a band (I like attention...)
Learn to spin/dj....old school stuff, not trance....
Freaken learn to breakdance...that's just cool
Learn stick shift
Live in Paris for at least 3 years
Learn photography
Start up and edit my own magazine (somewhat like JANE)
Have my own web page...hence, learning how to use a fucken computer.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. Obviously some of them can't happen at once.
Those are my thoughts. Now I will bury my face in books...*sigh*
**Added later** Oh yeah, has anyone else heard about the elephants in India that drank from a huge vat on homemade wine and drunkenly trampled people in some city? It was on the radio, but I wanna believe......and I never believe.
