So I am totally addicted to the new Battlestar Galactica series. I bought all 3 seasons and I am pacing myself so that I still have some left to enjoy later....then catch up and buy season 3. It's such a good escape and it fits well with my dorkiness. Happy Holidays everyone.

I just think today put's my "problems" in perspective. My family and friends were not involved directly and are still around for me to enjoy. I know people deal with stuff differently. I am sad this year and get frustrated with the "American memory" like it was just some random bad day. Like we are supposed to just forget and move on. I am up for moving on and going on with life but I also believe in honoring those who gave their lives so the rest of us could on. As a fire fighter, this shit is always in our face and we can't just forget it. We now have all sorts of anti-terrorist training that was never there before. There is a constant reminder. This was not to poop on your set day (I didn't even know acutally). I noticed that in a lot of people's blogs, there was no mention of it, like they don't care or have forgotten and that's bullshit I can't swallow. I will Never Forget the 343 FDNY fire fighters that gave it all that day. So please don't take it too personal, it's my frustration with the whole thing and people's short memories and selfishness. Good luck with your set. SG nakedness makes even the worst day better.
