So school ended up well. I made 100s on all of my last assignments, PLUS 100s on BOTH - that's right - BOTH of my finals. And my final grade was an A, in both classes. I had a lovely weekend off last weekend, far far away from the NASCAR fans, at the MD Ren Faire. I had so so much fun, and working hard to finish my last final so I didn't have to worry about it all day at faire paid off as well. We got Mike some garb for once! And that was nice. Sunday we walked in and started drinking. I was so THROWED! I didn't have any liquid that wasn't alchol until we got back home.
On the way there Mike and I were talking about moving to Baltimore. There is an Ai in DC, so I can transfer to there. The area is BE-A-U-TIFUL. I love the city, the housing market there is pretty good, and I can have my historical house. There is the ren faire close by. Plus DC has several firms on the Interior Design Top 100 list, for commercial - government! - and residential as well. Plus in Dallas, it would only be MY hometown. And if we were to go to Cincinnatti it would be Mike's town. Baltimore is a place we both like, and would be on equal footing there.

Work is terrible. I can't remember the last time I made more than $90 - and on weekend nites too. Our host staff has become so incompetant. They don't even seat open tables when we are on a wait. Absurd. They are also rude as hell to our guests. I have talked to the mgmt, but they don't give a shit. So I am going to look for a new job. I don't even have rent. So we have to talk to the landlady about doing a partial payment. Plus I have to call the bank that has my car loan and see if I can only pay the interest on my loan for the month and just push the actual payment back one month more on the lease. I can't afford my school supplies this quarter. We have to pay car insurance 3 days late.... All of this is the snowball effect of me not getting tables. I am so insanely pissed the fuck off. I am so angry, and it is eating me that I get this way over work. So the fact that my job is no longer supporting me and is causing great angst, I am leaving it behind.

I start classes again tomorrow. I ordered the textbook I needed on Wednesday at 3:15 PM. It was only $8.49! So I did 2day shipping on it, since last time I did that my books STILL didn't come in time. The shipping was $9.50 - more than the fucking book itself, but still less than $20, so no big deal! Thursday morning I hear the buzzer. I stumble out the the living room, and there is my book. At 11:30 AM. Very Nice! Now if only I had my digital graphic tablet...
