Well, I just spoke with the office manager. I told her EVERYTHING. And she had a shocked and disgusted look on her face. She said she would talk to them. Then it would be a written warning... And she left it at that. But my gues is the ... is eviction. And um, just b/c I talked to once doesn't mean that I won't continue to report problems. Oh hell no! I will be right there saying, "Oh, Thursday nite at 12:30 they were playing their music loud..." or "I didn't have a parking spot again b/c of their friend." If you can sign a legal document, with clauses, expectations and everything a lease entails, then you need to take responsibility for your actions. I called Mike (he's helping his mom pack her U-Haul so she can move back to STL) and told him. And I mentioned that I would not put it past the two to BITCH at him for me doing this. I said I was pretty sure that he would stand up for me, but in this situation, he sure as hell better. And point out to them that they have had 6 months to change their behaviour and to start showing respect, and this is the consequence for their decisions to disregard their lease and people asking them to start obeying it. Honestly, between the two of them, their IQ has really only got to be about 75 or 100 I swear, so um, it's been this long, I don't expect them to change. I have now done what I can. And I told the office manager that I dread coming home b/c I know what I am going to have to deal with, and that I am miserable in my lovely apartment b/c of them. Made it clear that my rights as a tennant were being violated. It is now out of my hands. Well, except for continuing to report their asses. But other than that....
