I finally have my laptop back and it seems to be working ok for the moment. So I've been working my butt off in an attempt to write my scripts and get things organised quickly, so I can get the budget sorted out and start filming what is starting to look like a very cool independent film.

I have 8 days to write my 2 stories and help push along the stories from the other 2 writers involved. The pressure is on.
Now, the premier for Pain Is Beautiful, a film I wrote and Produced, was held in LA last night. It wasn't as successful as hoped, but the people who attended seemed to have fun and were scared at the right times. Here's the link to the Pain Is Beautiful Facebook page.

Now, discussions are being held to do a superhero related comedy in LA in the coming months. It will also be an anthology of stories, 1 of which I will film here in Sydney. I've already approached a couple of people in regards to acting in it, and the responses have been positive. So I'll tell you more on that as it happens.
And finally, I'm working on a documentary about Vietnam veterans. It's not my project, but I'm helping someone make it happen. It's original, honest and will allow the veterans to tell the story as they know it. It will involve Australian and American veterans and I'm excited about making this happen.
There is the possibility of a fifth project happening towards the end of this year, if we can find the money for it. I guess we'll have to wait and see about that one.
