i am flabergasted, tired, frustrated and downright sick

this can't be my life...
this is not my job...
in the wake of all of the stress that i let myself feel i have become a bit mean to my employees... and they in turn have become less supportive and less willing to help me feel less stressed...
it is their oblivion and laziness that started this whole thing...
so i have to find that middle ground between being stepped on and stepping on them...

i'm actually much happier putting more effort into finding another career option altogether... i'm praying the job my roomate told me about comes through... i just need a minute of sanity
