I think it's time to make a blogpost to introducing myself to you guys! Although I have the account here for over a year and a set in MR, I think I should tell you a little more about me.
Well .. You can call me Mel (means "honey" in Portuguese). I'm 26 years old and I was born in Rio de Janeiro (think almost everyone has heard about it). At 19 I moved in with my father in Porto Alegre, a smaller city in the south of Brazil. I fell in love and I can say that this is my home now, after all "home is where the heart is".
Speaking of love, it was because of a love that I decided to try to be a Suicide Girl. Always admired all the girls, but I had never considered the possibility of becoming one of them before. Until I done a photoshoot for my friend Martha.
My boyfriend suggested I send the photos to the website, so I signed up and found all this wonderful world, all these beautiful women and new friends from all parts of the world. Unfortunately, I couldn't publish those photos, but my friend @drigo_cardoso made me a new set. (I love those pics, thanks for all the support honey <3)

After sending the set I started working two jobs, I was still in college and could not devote myself like I wanted to. I didn’t have time to explore the site and meet new people. My set went out and to my surprise he was very well accepted and loved by you. It made me very happy and willing to continue.
Shortly thereafter I met an angel named @jacqueline that recruited me and introduced me to other photographers (@luri and Jai, cutest couple of the universe) and to other hopefuls. From that moment I found myself.

In December we had a Suicide Girls Party in Rio de Janeiro where I had the opportunity to meet some girls personally and from all my heart is really great to count on them and call them my friends!
I hope to meet more people and be able to enjoy all this new world! Thank you!
