I finally got my car last Wednesday.. the guy did about half the work he said he was going to (didn't even replace the windshield wipers, which cost how much and take up how much time??) and am being charged things that I wasn't expecting.. since Thursday, my emergency brake seems to be stuck, after he says he released it... so I have to wait for him to find time to fix that (not that he believes I might be right).. he got upset when I said I'd need some notice, since I have doctors appointments and can't miss more work for him. He's completely incapably of calling when he says he will, or returning calls. This whole thing is a huge mess.

So yah.... I need the car fixed, because we decided a month ago that I was driving to the GTA after work on Sunday (about an hour drive), and there's no way I'm going while the brake is clamped on and makes the car shudder with any gas applied, and it sounds like the tire's loose. Sure, I can postpone my trip, but I go through hell to get time off, and we were looking forward to working on another set, actually having time and space (and privacy) to work on it. No clue when we'll have another chance, and I'm sick of waiting on this guy who doesn't seem to get that other people have lives or priorities and need to be places... otherwise I wouldn't have bought the car because I could have lazed around home all day long.
