I have webz!!!
I went back to the gym!!! And I now have a membership! WOOT! And I am tired after today's workout.
I am missing Knoxville, friends, and family after my trip.
here are a few pix.
This is a stream in Tyson Park. We used to take field trips there as a child and i used to wash my hands in the stream before eating. It WAS clear then.
and as you can see, there is now a warning to NOT touch the water.
I stayed in the hotel next to the Sunsphere.
i hung out in the old city lots.
I went to Patrick Sullivan's to dinner with an old friend that I miss so much.

Working out is well worth it...I feel great now when work out.
