well, here is a partial blog of sorts.
I have started working out in the morning before work. this is my 2nd week of doing so. I have already shaved 4 minutes off my mile on the elliptical and i am getting close to my previous top mile running time! I have been going slow and steady and I already see the results of it. i did impress my friends with some of my abilities! it is easier to get back into shape if you have been in shape before. I am super exhausted though. LIKE SCARY EXHAUSTED. i have fought conking out at work, and more horrifying, also while driving. To be fair, my drive is far from exciting. I have had some pain, but not much more than i usually have. Lisa is trying to get me to hook up with the front desk guy. he is super cute.
I saw the movie UP finally and i loved it! I cried a little at the beginning of the movie and at the end. I am a super dork. And i still have a black, black heart! And soul. And demeanor.
I heard this coming home today. I felt this a bit, so it is my new theme song!
