I have been watching The Simpsons all day today. This quote just made me smile for lots of reasons:

I am up to the episode where Bart, Nelson, Martin, and Milhouse rent a car and go to the World's Fair in Knoxville, TN. And YES, I did go to it in 1982!
It was AWESOME! But the sad thing is that once it was over, the World's Fair Park and buildings languished and deteriorated and were eventually razed. The sunsphere is the only building there that was EVER maintained. It has housed lots of things, and YES, at that time that The Simpson's did this show 14 years later, IT HOUSED A WIG WAREHOUSE!!!!!
