I had a phone that went kablooey. I have a water squirter on the bed with me so I can squirt bad kitties and apparently it was leaking. And it leaked on my phone for quite a while. Sigh. I took everything out and let it dry, but it would not load up. I have been overdue for a new phone, so I had to run out and get one. I am a LITTLE upset that I feel that I kinda got talked out of the one that had wi-fi capabilities, but I now have a nice phone. And I really don't plan on using the wi-fi, but you never know. I have had to use the browser on it before in an emergency. I also thought that I would not use text messaging much.....and lookit my text log!!!!!
The sad thing is that I lost pix, texts that were special to me, and numbers. I did not have them on my sim card or my memory card either.
