Well, 2009 is off to a start. Good or bad, it has started.
I have had auto title issues with Bettie and had to overnight the title back to TN. Sigh. I have been terrified that I will be pulled over since I am driving on expired out of state tags, registered to a deceased person. My Aunt called today and said that it is registered now and they are mailing the new license plate to me. I should have it tomorrow. So, in a month, I can get her registered in MY name. Plus she needs an oil change SOON. So, like everything in my life, it will be sorted out and it takes more time than normal.
I am still frustrated at work and I am not the only one. Lisa is looking for another job. We are NOT looking forward to our reviews coming up soon. The really crappy thing is that your review form has a space on it to review YOUR manager, but your manager SEES it. Boo on that. I am still considering being very civil and writing something on it.
I am starting to go through the collectibles in my room and separate Brad's from mine. I have some more boxes to go through and then start packing other things too. I am bringing home boxes from work and getting things prepared. I can also drop things off at Lisa's as I get boxes packed. I am ready to be divorced and ready to get on with my little life. The sad part is that AT THIS MOMENT, I don't know if I can ever marry someone again. I want to have a real relationship, but the thought of marriage is scary. I also don't know if I ever get married again that I will change my name. I wanted to hyphenate, but my last name is too descriptive and does not hyphenate well. I still want to try to have a kid, but the funny thing is that a child will bind you to someone for life, but marriage is skeery.
I know, I am an enigma wrapped in a quandry.
Anyway, this is EXACTLY how I feel my life is going......
