What one cannot do is just part of it all rather than a reason for desperation. Frustration (and, especially, whatever causes it) is something to manage (and learn to manage) at one's own pace. Self-esteem is the ability to like oneself and let oneself be liked by others in spite of what one sees as negative in oneself. The whole point of life is living and learning to live.
