Sunshine and lollies sounds like a good day too me. I used to reward myself by buying things with the money i was not spending on ciggies. Felt more like i was gaining something rather than loosing my addiction.

hi MJ, thanks for noticing the bike. it has been many places and so it's not surprising you recognise it. I think it first appeared when Maxwell Smart rode it in the famous "Breadphone" episode. then in the 70s David Bowie used to ride it onstage in his lesser known incarnation as the cycling nun.
Alan Bond has given it a turn and a few years ago I rescued it from a dumpster out the back of Ray Martin's place. which i suppose accounts for the very clean seat.
