I don't know whether you were making lots of eye contact and holding it with the guy (if so, he seriously lacks balls and probably isn't worth your time), but that atleast helps to show that he should grow a pair and come say hello!
I need to get my ass back to the US soon, I have such a craving for a proper steak!
