Today I paid $60 for a man to break the lock off my U-Haul storage unit. I lost the keys. I would think they would have some kind of plan of action for those of us who lose keys. HELL NO. I gotta find a damn locksmith to come over and drill a hole in the fucking thing. And then they charged my $10.95 for a new lock. Sons of BITCHES! I HATE YOU ALL! <FML>
