its super high! regular heart rate for "at rest" is between 70 and 100. Mine is typically no more than 85. But i bought a wrist monitor so I can keep an eye on it bc Im a little worried.

Sounds like it might be a case of I'm-so-in-thrall-I've-turned-into-a-blithering-idiot-itis. No known cure though it does seem to go away after awhile if you don't constantly feed it (same with guys, you need to feed us constantly, too).
