Why am I awake at 6:15 on Sunday morning? The sleep gods are cruel sometimes. I woke up having a nightmare about drowning in a lake. The water was clear but full of plants, just me drowning, no boat, no others. I was struggling to get to the surface, tangled in the plants. I hate nightmares; I do not have them often, but they always leave me feeling a little rattled. So, here I am on the computer in the morning darkness, instead of warm in my bed.
