this morning i had a very important letter land on my door mat.
on monday i have to have a disciplinary meeting because 'i have failed to obey company rules, and i have likely caused the company to come into disrepute.'
whatever the fuck that means.
I thought i was screwed.
BUT
i have been in touch with my old area manager who has huge control in the company, and she is going to sort things out. also the BIGBIGBIG boss has got my back, im having a meeting with him to get things sorted.
i just have to be strong and tell my current area manager that i do not accept the disciplinary and not to sign anything.
agh!!!

Wow...I'm sorry to hear that....I can't get what you could have done for them to do that...but good that you have backup like that..be strong and don't let yourself be pushed into signing anything or agreeing to anything youre not sure about....good luck!
