bad mood today. im hurting really bad, i really think there is something seriously wrong with my back. i just keep crying because its hurting.
its like my mum couldnt give a toss.
i dont know if i can go to the hospital? i dont know if they will be able to do anything about it, but give me more painkillers that are just making me feel really sick and spacey.
