I've been stuck at home for most of the weekend cleaning and working on a website that is due this coming Monday (tomorrow). The cleaning is something we normally do once a week but this time it's a little more special. One of my father's cousins will be coming to visit today at 6 PM. Oh joy! I don't know who she is nor have...

This is weird or funny but, I woke up one afternoon and walked into the kitchen to get something to eat. As usual, my dad always has a glass of wine (red, white or pink) to accompany his meal. Without putting much thought into it, I took a glass and poured my self a little and tasted it. I've never really been a fan of...

I woke up this morning after having an interesting dream.

The human subconscious is a powerful tool to use when trying to understand what the hell is going on internally. I may not have the knowledge/vocabulary to explain it (little to no knowledge of human psychology) but it doesn't necessarily require a PhD to know something's up.

The dream looked like something out of an...

I've just realized how I'm disliking phone conversations more and more. This also includes talking on MSN and/or other forms of online chatting. I won't go into the details of the lack of actual face to face communication we seem to be fading into seeing as I understand the practicality of online/wireless communication on different levels. I guess it's just a personal thing. This might...

Spring came a long but then decided to take a break and call in winter for a quick substitute. Or so many of us thought. Even though there wasn't much in snow accumulation today, it still snowed. This had to be the day I decided it was time to clean the front balcony sliding doors. It being 3 Celsius (37 Fahrenheit) didn't stop me from...

Every morning I wake up and go through the same routine.

I look into the bathroom mirror and see the same face I saw the day before and the one before that.

I reflect on the things I was supposed to do and didn't do.

I see that not much has changed even though I was hoping for a change.

What kind of change was...

I hate not having a job. I feel useless when not being productive in a job kind of way. Does that make sense?

I've been riding my bike a lot dropping off CVs and snapping pictures along the way. I'm barely able to stay afloat with these website development contracts. My jobless state isn't a motivating factor when working on these websites. I mostly do...

Well your young still. It's a minor set back but at least you will be happy with what your doing.

It tool me nearly 10 years to figure out what I wanted to do. I will be 34 when I get my masters. And on top of that architects don't make the best of wages when compared to similar professions with similar times in school. But I will be doing what I love and I will be happy. Which is the most important thing in my opinion.

Forgive the rant. I am sure your already knew most or all of what I said already :p

I've been shooting on a 35mm lens for some time now and was having a lot of fun seeing as it was a f1.8. Now, I borrowed my friend's 17-50mm and WOW what a difference it makes when it comes to wide angles. I mean, I knew there was a difference but it wasn't until I tried it for myself that I realized how different...

I like conversing with my parents. For the longest time ever since I was a little boy I loved to talk with my parents. Being the result of their union, it was easy for me to see similarities between me and them. For a good part of my childhood and adolescence I lived with my mom. We had interesting conversations about almost everything. Most recently,...

Gaaah! I'm sore all over! My ass hurts!

I went on this late night bike ride with a few friends of mine last night. It seemed like a good idea at the time until I discovered that one of my friends had only ridden a bike once before. I'd been told the ride would be slow but I wasn't expecting it to be THAT slow....
