I like kids. As kids. I mean, I like them as babies/toddlers whenever I visit family and/or friends who have kids. But, I still can't see myself having kids as of yet. I've just spent the last hour listening to my father "trying" to talk sense into my younger sister. She's 14. Although I might not know all the details of this discussion, it eventually turned into a crying fest with pleading and tears on one side and cold calculated rigidness on the other.
I still have a lot to learn about parenting (I have to start with having a kid), so I chose not to implicate myself in their discussion/argument. But, on the other hand, it wasn't so long ago that I was her age. It might not have been so dramatic with my parents but there was no lack of it.
Hopefully this discipline/parenting won't foster anything negative in the future. I love that "monster" I call my sister.
On some other news. I have a mid-term coming up tomorrow. I can't wait for it to be over.
My tattoo seems to be healing fine. The scabbing is well under way and a little itching on my lower shoulder.
