day off.. nothing much to do. i told the apartment girl that i didn't want to rent from her. my application came back ok, but i was tired of stressing about when she would return my phone calls and whether or not what she told me would be correct. it's too bad, because it was a nice little place, but i can find somewhere else just as nice, i'm sure. and now i have a little bit more time to look and save up money, so i can pay my bills and fix my car before i do anything else. my car is so broken.. her name is molly and her cv boot is torn, and she doesn't go in reverse, and she has a gas leak..

it looks like dawn out this morning. all dark and cloudy. i came out of my room and i thought my clock must be wrong.

last night my shadow jumped out at me from the end of the hall. i bent at the waist to make sure it wasn't a person, and it bent too, but it seemed to be doing it more to scrutinize me as closely as i was it, instead of mimicking me.

i'm going to read today, i think. maybe i'll go get a burrito. i did pragmatic things for a lot of yesterday. i don't feel like being pragmatic. read and play. prepare for another week of work.

writing journals in the morning is hard. i don't have a day worth of stuff to say.

except that i had a dream last night that someone tattooed a leperchaun on my forearm, and the mad hatter on my bicep. without my permission!!! i was so angry!
