My most bestest friend in the whole wide world is going to Iraq on monday to fight in the war. Im very distraught over this. She will be there for 45 days (hopefully they dont keep her longer ). And the base she is staying on is one of the most attacks. Im going to do something I dont do often or am good at, and pray that she is protected and returns home unharmed.
There was a family going away party for her yesterday, and then we went out to party for a bit. We have a lot of shopping to do today, she needs LOTS of sunscreen (It will be 130 degrees over there) and books to read and so on and such forth.

Dont worry over your friend, i know its hard but worrying reall changes nothing. Just pray she's ok and I'm sure she's prepared for what she's doing.
