What have I been up to lately?

I moved away from my home in Florida to Georgia. I'm sure some are asking "Why the fuck would you want to do that?" Well I didn't necessarily want to. It was because of work and with the economy the way it is I can't afford to be unemployed as it's likely I'd stay that way for a while. It good thing is the transition bonus my company is paying out. It will definitely help out during the summer months when work slows down and I don't have the overtime hours readily available.

I hadn't expected to move so soon. I was planning on moving at the beginning of March but because of household feuding it was better to leave sooner than later.

So here I am. In GA. I've been wanting to get out on my own and explore the area but haven't really had time with everything that had to be done and what needs to be done. Having to work while all this is going on hasn't been helpful either.

There is someone I'm interested in but he's back in Florida. I was trying not to get involved with anyone because I knew I was leaving but some things you just can't help. It kinda sucks wondering where things would have ended up. People say you shouldn't think about the what-ifs but again some things you just can't help.

For the most part I'm pretty darn happy. Things are 1000% better than they were the a year to two years ago. Could things be better? Yes. Am I content with how they are now? Yup.
