I went to the mall day after turkey day, too, just for Josie's Christmas pictures. (She wore a red velvet dress w/ white fuzzy trim...sooooo cute) We walked around a bit but didn't really shop. It wasn't too busy because we got there around 1. Early morning crowd must have gotten tired.

I am a big fan of the tofurky...you just have to cook it right. I made one today because I am vegan and I put carrots, potatoes and onions with it along with seasoning and it was perfect. My whole family did the vegan thing with me this year and they loved it...I just loved the fact that they wanted to that considering they eat meat.
