My life can never be uncomplicated. This was a crazy week at work and I had so much to do after work . . . and I just kept thinking the weekend will be here soon. Well the weekend is here and jam packed with shit, Friday a nice dinner Saturday cleaning, laundry and a bachelorette party. We went to a hibachi resturaunt for dinner then some of the girls were going clubbing in NYC - not too into dancing and neither is my best friend + her cousin is in a wheel chair and cant really go to the club. So we decided to ditch and see the Al Gore movie.
While we were at dinner I got a phone call about my cousin (an ex-heroin addict) he was supposed to pick up his daughter from the airport and he fucked up - something about cops mistaking him for some one else - bla bla bla pity me bullshit . . . and the cops gave him dope? come on, i dont know if i can believe that. they took his cell phone (his only phone) so this morning I was woken up to a ringing phone and his crying mother - please go check on him make sure he is alive.
The kid admitted to me that he used dope last night and I could tell he went into the bathroom and did it while I was there . . . i didnt know what to do
I left in a storm of words - my uncle and brother in law are there with him now. His daughter is safe and playing with my sisters children. Today is her birthday, poor kid.
