According to BBC news, the chinese food minister has been executed for misconduct and corruption (leading to the shipments of tainted toothpaste to the U.S., as well as many MANY industrial accidents and deaths). I'm torn between deploring the human rights violations in other countries and wishing we punished our leaders the way we punish our petty criminals.
