i have a headache.

i got a different job. but not really. just a different schedule in the same job doing all the same things (structuring, giving consequences, restraining, teaching, tutoring, mentoring, mothering/sistering teen girls in a mental hospital), but now i also get to assist the teacher during their school time. she's wanted me in the class for a while, but the position wasn't available. i have to admit i kick serious ass in the classroom, pushing my agendas & proselytizing all the liberal day long. yes, the hospital is also an accredited school.

i got back today from a three day camping trip along with 4 college tours -- with 9 crazy girls, my very recently ex-girlfriend (the rec therapist), & her current girlfriend (our AmeriCorps volunteer). i'm a warrior. oh, & tuesday night we slept on a hill during a seriously dangerous electrical storm. but crazy people are invincible, so we were all fine.

j wrote me a pornographic story about us before i left for the camping trip. it was almost perfect. if we ever have a sexual relationship, i believe it will be fantastic. i wonder if all this sexual tension & teasing will destroy anything...like, maybe get our hopes up too high. or drain us of interest. whatever. i am excited to continue getting to know her.

i like the sound of typing. & those times when i love the book i'm reading & look forward to cuddling into bed with it. if i'm not gonna have someone to sleep with at night, or someone old enough to come over to stay the night, at least i'm literate.
