2 months ago I filed a grievance against a co-worker , basically I put my hand on her hip as I was going behind the till to stop her bumping into me, she then had a go saying I shouldn't touch her etc so I was like 'fair enough, il let you bump into me next time' before she leaves, while I'm on the till she proceeds to scream at me that I was some sort of deviant, a pervert, should be sacked and how she had a good mind to kick my head in (she's dead pleasant), this was in front of the manager and customers but I got the letter with the result of the 'investigation' basically saying it was my fault for 'unwanted physical contact' and how while she handled it badly it was my fault, I'm so glad that I can go to work and shouted at, labelled a pervert and also be in the wrong
