So time again for a proper blog post I will include of course my movie review of After Earth before I get to the meat and potatoes of the blog.
So something note worthy happened last week, I had a brutal workout on Thursday. I was very sore tired and feeling disinherited at my lack of endurance; it's been nearly 9 months and I felt I should have been able to go longer and harder than what I had. Now the set was pretty brutal. 225lbs Dead lifts, 24 lunges carrying 15 lb dumbbells in each hand, and then 40 body weight squats with no lockout. Repeat 3 times with a 3 minute break in between. Next was incline bicep curls, 6 reps 35 lbs, then standing bicep curls 25 lbs, then standing hammer curls 15 lbs, three times, 3 minute breaks. Then interval rowing for ten minutes.
While I completed the workout I was so exhausted at the end I was surprised I could make it to the locker room, and I did everything I could to make it look like I could still walk normally. Then I stepped on the locker room scale. Now when I started with my trainer I weighed in at 252 lbs. Now when I stepped on the scale after my workout it read 220 lbs.
Suddenly the fatigue and pain was gone. The hot shower and dry sauna didn't hurt either but the scale was a big thing. The following morning I had another workout just as brutal, and while I still hurt from the day before I managed to get through it without a complaint or checking the clock, I even joked with my trainer that we didn't hard enough because there was still a dry spot on my shirt.
Went to the Toronto Zoo Saturday to see the Pandas. Oddly they don't know Kung-Fu, and are actually very lazy animals, they poop about 27 kilograms a day that's nearly 60 pounds of shit!!! I went with my sister and her husband, and my niece who was a much more adorable panda then the ones that just laid around lol. Yep picture dump time!!!

Not the Pandas we were looking for

This is the most adorable panda!!!
And how awesome is her dad?

Those are very cute pandas, the fuzzy variety ones, and the ones not so fuzzy.
Leaving your dog with the ex was a good choice, though I can imagine it was and still is heartbreaking. Huskies do need tons of space, and they need to run. I had a Malamut and she would never tire of running and playing.
Do get lost in a good book as soon as you can, there's nothing as therapeutic as that.
