I wasn't planning on a blog entry today, however as it is nearly 2am EDT, I can't sleep it will still show as yesterday to all of SG world as it runs on PST. Not sure why I can't sleep today, I had a little work out, took my son to guitar lessons, watched my Leafs playoff hopes dwindle ever further downward, and played a little ME3 demo multiplayer.
It was a good day, no drama, no problems, nothing at all on my mind, even sexted with an old booty call because So why am I so restless?
At least there is a good movie on. "Glory" Civil War movie, with an All-Star cast before some of them were amazing, 1989 Denzel Washington who was that back then, Matthew Broderick, who had really only done Ferris Beuller to this point, Cary Elwes, Andre Braugher, and I think the last one has always been famous Morgan Freeman.
Strong language, so if racal slurs offend you don't watch, but if you want to see an amazing AUTHENTIC piece of American history (This is a true story based on the Letters of Col. Shaw) this is perhaps one of the greatest movies of the genre.
Since I have my son for another day, I think I will let him watch it tomorrow, too many of the generation growing up now have NO idea what all of our forbearers endured for them to enjoy the freedoms no the PRIVILEGES they enjoy now. Because freedom IS a privilege earned for them by the blood of those that came before, the civil war, civil rights movements, truly there is no issue of our time that seems unconquerable because of what others have already overcome.
LGBT rights marriage ect.. will become reality and in Canada it already is. In many countries it is. Religious differences will be set aside by moderate elements in all faiths. Climate change, oil shortages all can and will be fixed because of our ability to overcome our differences, but only if we can appreciate the sacrifices of those that came before.
Damn, I need to sleep, I'm getting philosophical now. Just wait until Remembrance Day in November, I'll be a total wreck like this.

I really appreciate it, its kind of discouraging to get the % I am on a set I liked so much, tho I'm glad people are giving me some good advice, itl all be useful, it makes me wonder if I'm what the SG people want!
