A slow, boring day today, which is nice... still a little sore from the RUSHFIT workouts. Tonight is Cardio and Stretching for Flexibility, which should (hopefully) help loosen me up a little bit.
In soccer news, the US made it to the Gold Cup final, so it'll be them vs. Mexico. One of the other medics out here is a big Mexico fan, so it will be nice to have some friendly rivalry for a day or two.
I've managed to keep my anger and temper in control a lot better over the past few days, which is good news... just hope it lasts.
